My name is Amy Scott and I am a Home Stager, which means that I help sellers prepare their home for sale. I am able to see a property from a fresh perspective coming in as an outsider. De-cluttering, repositioning furniture and decorating through re-designing, are important elements to my job. I am also able to select paint colors, if necessary, provide shopping services, or create a design plan for the home. Decorating to sell is an essential way to help buyers visualize themselves living in your home. By neutralizing and depersonalizing the decor and by adding small touches inside and out, it's a sure way to get a great price for your home. More importantly, this process helps to sell your home quickly. Planning to move can be overwhelming and clients are relieved to have a specific list of things to do, as well as, some guidance about where to start when they are ready to put their home on the market.Clients are also pleasantly surprised by the dramatic results from my staging services.
